Melody Sondakh, founder of Dakh Support LLC, is a Registered Nurse from Indonesia with nearly two decades of experience in nursing, home care, and developmental disability support. She began her career as a nurse at a reputable hospital in Indonesia, gaining experience in patient care, safety, clinical responsibility, and professional healthcare standards. From 2007 to 2012, she worked in home care, developing hands-on expertise in individualized support, daily living assistance, communication, and family-centered care. Since 2014, she has served as a Host Home Provider, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and developing extensive experience in person-centered care, advocacy, documentation, health and safety, and coordination with families and support teams.
Melody founded Dakh Support LLC to bring her healthcare and caregiving experience to a broader community. Her leadership is grounded in practical experience and a strong understanding of the responsibilities involved in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. She brings expertise in care coordination, daily living support, health and safety, individualized care, documentation, and caregiver oversight, with a consistent focus on dignity, independence, and respect. Through Dakh Support LLC, she is committed to delivering reliable, professional support while building meaningful opportunities for caregivers to serve.

Since 2014, he has also worked as a caregiver, gaining direct experience supporting individuals with their daily needs and a practical understanding of person-centered care.
As an experienced tax preparer, John brings strong financial knowledge, accuracy, and attention to compliance. At Dakh Support LLC, he applies his combined corporate, financial, administrative, and caregiving expertise to strengthen internal operations, develop effective workflows, maintain accurate records, and support efficient business management. His experience across both international business and hands-on caregiving provides a strong foundation for the organization's day-to-day operations.
